All winners will be notified by January 31st and all RSVP's must be received by February 2nd! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the February trip.
All flights are required to be booked using the link below. Flights must be booked by February 5, 2020.
Please complete the link and an events manager from Colpitts will reach out to help get your flight booked. There is a flight budget set and the event manager will work hard to find the best possible flight for you. All flights booked within the appropriate budgets will be covered directly by Lionbridge.

Yes when you arrive to Aruba, please proceed through customs and immigration, then pickup luggage. Please follow signs towards the exit.
Please look for the Lionbridge sign held by the DMC once you exit the airport.
Departures will be provided back to the airport on February 28th. Remember you will need to clear both US and Aruba customs and immigration so therefore you will leave early for the airport! You will receive your departure time one week before the trip in your personalized itinerary on Travefy.
Please email info@executivegrouptravel.com for extension requests. The rate per night is $430++ (keep in mind the taxes and fees are 25% on top of the nightly rate). This rate does not include any food or beverage at the resort.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event!
The weather ranges between 78-89'F.
We are providing each attendee with a resort credit to help defray the cost of food and beverage on this trip
Any spend over that resort credit will be your responsibility to cover. You may expense your Uber/Lyft to and from your home to your local airport.
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.
2. The website & your travefy app will also have live updates posted before the event and during the event.
