All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration by January 26th. All registrations must be received by Friday, January 30th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the February trip.
All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 72 hours with flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest. We ask that you please do not book a flight on your own.
Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight. Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.
You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.
Yes, Lionbridge will be providing airport transfers for all attendees arriving and departing on group dates to and from the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
For those extending their trip and arriving or departing outside group dates you will be on your own for airport transfers. Taxi's are easy and safe to use, the ride to the hotel is only 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. We recommend having cash for the taxi driver. If you need to use a credit card, please request the Valet Staff to call a cab that accepts credit card payments.
We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your financial responsibility to cover the cost of.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event. Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without appropriate cover up or a shirt.
For the evenings we do recommend Resort Casual. All restaurants on property allow shorts and sandals. But if you are planning to visit any nightclubs or high end bars we recommend pants and loafers for men.
The hotel is not all-inclusive. We will add a resort credit to your room, which will be deducted from your bill at the end of your stay.
All attendees will be provided $300 per person (for you and up to one guest in your room) to help defray food and beverage costs that are not already covered during group events at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
**Reminder breakfast is not included in your stay. You will need to use resort credit to cover this cost.
The Resort Credit can be used at any venue in which you can charge back to your room which included ALL bars and restaurants in the Baha Mar complex. Additional spa experiences booked directly by you with ESPA Spa can also be charged back to the room in which Resort Credit can be applied.
Resort credit can't be used in the Casino or the Retail shopping outlets.

The sooner you make reservations the better! Reservations can be made clicking one of these two links: Baha Mar Reservations or Grand Hyatt Baha Mar Reservations. Please note that you are able to eat at any restaurant within the Baha Mar properties and charge back to your room at the Grand Hyatt.
Breakfast and lunch do NOT require reservations and are a first come first serve basis.
There will be two options.
1. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
2. Your Trip Plans individual itinerary will also post any updates to the trip, we highly recommend downloading the Trip Plans app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
