Travel day to the Bahamas. You will be flying into the Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS), located approximately 10-15 minutes from the resort.
A reminder for those traveling from the West Coast and all international attendees, you are permitted to arrive on Monday, February 23rd due to the length of travel.
*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. You may store your luggage and freshen up in the spa locker area.
Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out! Also at check-in we recommend guests to add your Hyatt number with the front desk. This will allow you to access your reservation with App and give you keyless entry and app check-out capabilities.
Airport transfers will be provided from Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) for all attendees that arrive today as part of the group transport. More details on airport transfers will be provided in your personalized itinerary prior to the event. Please note if you are arriving in Nassau outside of your approved arrival date, you will be on your own to arrange and pay for transportation from the airport to the resort.
**Schedule Change**
Due to the weather impacting the group's travel, we have shifted the Welcome Reception to Wednesday, so tonight you are on your own for dinner.
Dinner: At Leisure, attendees are on their own for dinner to enjoy all amazing cuisine that Baha Mar has to offer. As long as you can charge back to your room, your resort credit can be used! You may adventure over to the SLS Baha Mar or Rosewood for dinner and you are able to charge back to your room at the Grand Hyatt. Here is the full restaurant list in the Baha Mar complex.
There are plenty of breakfast options, including Cleo and Cafe Madeleine both open from 7am-11am. Regatta also has a breakfast buffet, and there are two Starbucks on property with grab and go options. If the line at Baha Mar is too long, there is also a Starbucks located in the just past the casino prior to entering the SLS Baha Mar lobby. Click here for a full list of Baha Mar restaurants. One of our favorite breakfast spots on property is the El Jefe food truck, opens at 8am for some great breakfast tacos and burritos.

This afternoon is all yours to enjoy the pools of the Hyatt Baha Mar, the hotel's fitness center, the complimentary non-motorized water sports, and the beautiful beach right in front of the property. Explore all the resort has to offer Services and Experiences or lay back and relax at one of the many pools or the legendary white sand on Cable Beach!
A reminder that during your stay, you will have free access to the Baha Bay Waterpark located right next door to the resort. A reminder that you will need to wear your hotel wristband, which will act as your room key and also provides access to waterpark and pools.
A reminder that the Resort fees that are included in your room rate cover the following:
• Unlimited Access to Baha Bay Water Park (up to 4 Guests Per Room)
• Use of all non-motorized water sports on beach (snorkel equipment, stand-up paddleboards, single and double kayaks, water hammocks)
• Bocce Ball, Basketball, and Croquet located at the Racquet Club with Pickleball
• Complimentary beach and pool setup and seating with umbrellas
• Complimentary sunscreen at all towel huts
7:00pm-9:00pm: CEO Club Celebration Dinner - Tonight's dinner will be hosted in Lily’s Garden at the resort.

Departure day for all guests
Check out is 11:00am. Please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. Lionbridge will be covering all room charges, taxes, and the pre-allocated resort credit. You will be responsible for any additional charges made to your room.
To speed up the check-out process, feel free to use the Hyatt app or the e-checkout option on the Television in your room! You do not need to turn in your wristband before departure.
Please note that if you are leaving today, we have arranged group transfers to the NAS Airport, your transfer time will be included in your personalized itinerary in your Trip Plans app.
If you are extending your trip, you will be responsible for securing your own airport transfer. Please note that the airport is located about 10 minutes away from the resort and we recommend arriving 2.5 hours prior to your departing flight time given US customs is handled in Bahamas pre-departure.
