[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every Lionbridge Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  Note: It cannot be a fellow Lionbridge employee or competitor.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration by March 1st.  All registrations must be received by Friday, March 7th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the April trip.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel.  Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 72 hours with flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest. We ask that you please do not book a flight on your own.

Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight.  Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.

 You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Lionbridge will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Miami, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.   Please use uber/lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event. The airport is just 20 minutes from the hotel.

Two options below that are recommended to get to/from the hotel.

Uber/Lyft: Can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies);  this is the recommended mode of transport to the hotel.

Taxis - There are taxi stands located at each terminal.    

If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I extend my trip before or after the Club event?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions.  Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your financial responsibility to cover the cost of.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack/dress code?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event.  Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without appropriate cover up or a shirt.  

For the evenings we do recommend Resort Casual. All restaurants on property allow shorts and sandals.  But if you are planning to visit any nightclubs or high end bars we recommend pants and loafers for men.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the hotel all-inclusive?

Nobu Miami Beach is not all inclusive, Lionbridge will be providing a resort credit to offset the meal costs during the trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.  

2.  Your Trip Plans individual itinerary will also post any updates to the trip, we highly recommend downloading the Trip Plans app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
